1. THE CONSULTATION

The consultation with Dr. Prescott or Dr. Eberlin is your
best source of up-to-date plastic surgery information, focused on your specific desires. You will spend 30 to 60 minutes in our office during the consultation, and all of your questions will be answered. The doctor will explain the procedure(s) that will most accurately address your goals, and also explain the surgical process, healing time, time to take off from work and exercise, and all of the important risks to take into consideration before undergoing any surgical procedure. He will use computer imaging to explain the surgeries, and to show you what you could look like, if applicable, and also pick out pictures of previous patients among the thousands that he has operated on to demonstrate the real results of surgery. You will not only be impressed by his depth of knowledge and experience, but also by his honesty in explaining what works and what does not work in plastic surgery.

During the consultation, we will explain all of the fees associated with surgery, and our financial policies. If you need assistance in financing your procedure, we can also explain interest-free financing available from CareCredit, a GE financing program.

The cost for a consultation is $50, a great value for all of the important information that you will receive! In addition, if you decide to proceed with a surgical procedure within the next 60 days, we will deduct the cost of the consultation, so in essence, the consultation is
free.

When you call our office to schedule your consultation, please be ready with your VISA or MASTERCARD (sorry no AMEX) to schedule your visit. Over the years, we have found that if patients pre-pay their consultations, the office flows smoothly, and we can schedule in a more
efficient manner for our patients. We understand that your time is important, and this policy will ensure that you can see the doctor relatively quickly after you decide to schedule your consultation, and when you are in the office, you do not have to spend too much time in the waiting room.

If you find you cannot keep your scheduled appointment and you must cancel, please call us before your scheduled time to let us know, and we will be happy to reschedule your consultation for a more convenient time. Your consultation fee will be applied to the second appointment. Unfortunately, a “no-show”, or a second cancellation will result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.

Please call us to schedule your consultation, and you will be on your way to a great plastic surgery experience! Please see more details on the page titled
